Food and Faith: 2 - What did Shiva and Vishnu Eat?

Food and Faith are largely inseparable in India. In part 2 of my conversation with Devdutt Pattanaik, author of over 50 books on mythology and faith, I explore the symbolic meaning of the connections between food and religion. A common question I get is that why am I, an avowed science-focused, irreligious person is discussing the connection between food and faith on my channel. If science communication has to be accessible to people, science communicators need to have the humility to understand how faith shapes people's lives and thinking. If I can't make an attempt to appreciate why people believe the things they do, I cannot expect to be invited into their minds to add my snack to the buffet table of their world views.
