Sauté the lemongrass until fragrant, reduce the heat, then add the chopped kaffir lime leaves and stir well. 2. Add the water and bring to a boil, then add the salt and Desaku garlic powder, stir well, and then turn off the heat. 3. Add the washed rice to the rice cooker and pour over the boiled kaffir lime leaves. 4. Press the cook button, let it switch to warm, then open the lid and stir thoroughly until the steam starts to escape (1 minute). Close the lid again, then press the cook button again to switch to warm. 5.
