CREAMY CHICKEN RECIPE 👇👇    • RUDY CHOIRUDIN | RAHASIA DIBALIK LARISNYA ...   CHECK OUT THE RICE RECIPE BELOW! ==================================== COOKWARE 👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ===================================== TURBO POWER JUICER 👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ===================================== INGREDIENTS PLATE 👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ====================================== AUTOMATIC UDUK RICE Recipe by Rudy Choirudin Ingredients 1: 6 tablespoons cooking oil 8 shallots, chopped 3 cloves garlic, chopped 3 cloves 3 cm cinnamon stick, split 2 bay leaves 1 pandan leaf, torn and tied 1 stalk lemongrass, bruised 150 ml water 2 tablespoons instant coconut milk 1 teaspoon salt 500 g cold white rice Ingredients 2: Peanut sauce 50 g peanuts 200 ml water 3 cloves fried garlic 5 fried curly chilies 1/2 teaspoon fried shrimp paste 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar Ingredients 3: 4 pieces of fried chicken 4 pieces of fried tofu and tempeh 2 tablespoons chili sauce 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce Cucumber, cabbage, and basil, to taste Method: 1. Sauté shallots until they become fried onions, remove and drain. 2. Blend garlic, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, pandan leaves, and lemongrass until fragrant and the garlic becomes fragrant. 3. Add water, coconut milk, and salt, boil over low heat until reduced by 50%. 4. Add rice, stir quickly until evenly mixed with the spices and the rice is not wet. Remove from heat. 5. Blend all ingredients 2 in a blender until smooth. 6.
