Triumph Scrambles Cub replica - testing the raised gearing.

It is all well and good having off road gearing if a machine is going to be spending most of it's time off roading, but this one will spend most of it's time on tarmac, I think, so I decided I would like to give the engine a more relaxed life on the roads by switching from a 54 tooth rear sprocket to a 48 tooth option which I had to hand. Apart from an earlier trip up and down the lane, this was the first ride on the new gearing. For the sharp eyed, it would also appear the speedometer is a little optimistic, but we are definitely covering the ground a good bit faster now!
