DRESSED CAKE - Bru na Cozinha

Hi everyone, in today's video I'm bringing you another cake decorating option. I'm showing you a DRESSED CAKE, beautiful and easy, and I really hope you like it. To prepare the dressed cake, we will need an acetate sheet; in this case, I'm using a textured acetate sheet. There are smooth sheets that also have a beautiful effect. The sheet I used measures 50.7 x 23.8 cm, and I divided it in half to make a strip approximately 12 cm high. Its length is the perfect size to make a 15 cm diameter cake. If you want to make a larger diameter, you can join it.
