Strawberry cannoli: they are simply delicious!

INGREDIENTS 1 roll of puff pastry 1 tsp of vanilla extract 360g cottage cheese 80g (1/3 cup) vanilla powdered sugar  1 egg yolk  Milk (for brushing) Strawberries METHOD  1. In a bowl mix together cottage cheese with powdered sugar. 2. Divide puff pastry into 6 pieces and fill with cheese mixture and strawberries. Spread with egg yolk. 3.
