Dissing an Ex

The plaintiff and defendant met in high school, and they dated on and off over the years. They decided to take a cruise together, but the defendant had no money to pay the bill at the end. The plaintiff says she fronted the bill with the promise the defendant would pay her back, but he hasn’t, so the plaintiff is suing. The plaintiff claims the defendant also owes her money for a trip to Disney World.
