Cutting the Manager out of the Deal

The plaintiff has managed hundreds of rappers and agreed to represent the defendant’s son. He says he hasn’t been paid and is out tens of thousands of dollars, so he’s suing. The defendant says her son is very talented. She says she and the plaintiff agreed on a return on the profit, but she hasn’t received a dime.
