Leaving High and Dry

The plaintiff says he brought his beloved dog Stella to the defendants’ grooming shop, but he alleges the defendants broke his pet’s leg and Stella has 50-50 chance of being permanently disabled. The plaintiff says the groomers won’t give him their insurance information or cover the vet bills, so he’s suing. The defendants allege Stella is vicious and lunged at them when they tried to take her out of her cage, and she fell and broke her leg. They deny responsibility 27-028
