Armenian Acharov Plav / Spelt Pilaf(My cousin Hipis' Recipe:))

In this video, I’m cooking up a delicious Armenian Acharov Plav, using a recipe I got from my cousin Hipis! Authentic Armenian Achar is an ancient, highly nutritious grain from the Armenian Highlands, but since I couldn't source it here in San Antonio, I used Emmer wheat instead—and it turned out amazing. Alongside the cooking, we’re sharing a look at a crazy moment where part of our roof collapsed, giving a shoutout to Christina for a $25 Amazon gift card, and putting some new bamboo labels given to us from Christopher Fey to use while planting seeds.
