I've baked an Earl Grey pound cake with the flour batter method. Except for the rough leaves, the amount of Earl Grey in the batter was only 9 grams. But the smell and taste were AMAZING. The texture was really soft and it melted in my mouth.. And I pour an earl grey syrup instead of icing, it was great. It makes more moist cake texture. Have a good day and night. :) -재료/Ingredients (두 개 분량 for 2) 사용한 틀 사이즈 / Pan Size 14.6x7.62x5 cm / 3.75x3x2 inch *얼그레이 파운드케이크/Earl grey pound cake 박력분 210g Cake flour 베이킹파우더 5g Baking powder 소금 2g Salt 실온 무염 버터 204g Unsalted Butter (room temperature) 우유 20g Milk 계란 3 Eggs 설탕 190g Sugar 얼그레이 티백 4 Earl grey tea bag *얼그레이 시럽/Earl grey syrup 물 50ml Water 얼그레이 티백 1 Earl grey tea bag 파우더슈가 60 Powdered sugar -방법/How to 1.버터를 크림화 시켜준다. 2.박력분, 베이킹파우더, 소금, 얼그레이 티를 체쳐 넣는다. 3.계란, 설탕 우유 얼그레이티를 조금 넣어 잘 섞는다. 4.반죽에 계란물을 나눠 넣으며 잘 섞는다. 5.준비된 팬(버터 또는 유산지)에 팬닝하고 윗면을 정리한뒤 오일묻은 주걱으로 홈을 낸다. 6.180℃도로 예열된 오븐에 40~50분 구워준다. 1. Beat the butter and make it soft. 2. Sift the Cake flour, baking powder, salt, earl grey leaves and mix well. 3. Mix the eggs, sugar, milk and a little of earl grey tea together. 4. Pour the egg mixture into the batter several times and mix. 5. Put the butter in a pan (with butter or parchment paper) and make smooth the batter surface and draw a line with an oiled spatula. 6.Bake in preheated oven 350℉ for 40~50 minutes.
