Welcome to COOKING WITH CAROLINE .......don’t worry, I wouldn’t do that to you! But I definitely feel my cooking has improved exponentially since lockdown began. I suppose what COVID did was it gave us a chance to put the brakes on a little bit and enjoy the simple things like taking time to cook together. Sergio loves his food and prefers to prepare it for himself so he knows exactly what is going in to it so that has encouraged me too!
