Add in the plum tomatoes plus water. Simmer and add in the olives and capers. Cook your pasta, assemble together and top with olive oil and the cheeses. Mummy’s Prawns Finely chopped garlic, ginger and chilli, coriander, defrosted king prawns. Defrost your king prawns and finely chop the ginger, garlic, chilli and coriander. Marinate the prawns in the seasonings, then fry until cooked through with a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper and lemon juice.
