Foothills Trail Day 3
Day 3 on my Foothills Trail thru-hike was packed with beautiful scenery and another 16.6-mile day. After a cold night at Whitewater Campsite, I reached the halfway point of the trail, hiked through Gorges State Park, spotted a wild turkey, and finished the day with an incredible sunset from my hammock overlooking Lake Toxaway.
