Pantry Picks - Easy to Make Condensed Milk and Caramel

This video is the latest in our pantry basics series. I use two of the pantry staples that we purchased in our ‘Start a Pantry for £25’ Video, sugar and milk powder, to make condensed milk and caramel. The only additional ingredient is water. The recipes I have are hand written in an old book so I am unsure of the original creator. We are a family of five, plus animals, living in the UK, trying to be as self-reliant as possible using the space we have (1/25th of an acre), after chronic illness leading to job loss halted our small holding dreams.
