Andrew Zielinski: An organisational transformation expert who advises executive teams on delivering sustainable change across diverse industries and geographies. With seventeen years as a management consultant and experience working with boards, regulators, and technology partners, he specialises in establishing clarity in uncertain environments and simplifying complex problems. Most recently, Andrew served as Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, leading global strategy, transformation, and consulting teams whilst overseeing Over 40 projects and a 1.2 billion euro investment portfolio. In this role, he partnered with major technology firms including Google and Microsoft to develop and implement the bank's AI and GenAI strategy.
