This 30-minute Pilates class develops strength through your pelvis, shoulders and core while improving your balance and body awareness with spinal fusion. Using gentle instability challenges, you'll build confidence, coordination and control that carries over into everyday movement. Exercises include: Heel raises Standing balance work Bow & Arrows Pelvic control exercises Flip & Drift Superman variations Ball balance challenges Ideal for beginners and those progressing their Pilates practice.
