So this video is basically about how I spend my holidays, I mean daySsss because I have a super hectic schedule and I often choose to sleep till the end of the world if I only have one day off, if, lucky enough I have more than one day, instead of spending it like a couch potato, I start to do something meaningful to me and myself only. There are times when we felt guilty not to spend time with our families, our husbands, our kids or our clients if you are a freelancer like me, but as time goes by, I find that no matter how busy I am, I need some time to be alone, it's benefitial to my overall performance and mental health and it increases my efficiency at work too, because I have time to allow new thoughts to come up, and I won't live with the guilt of not doing anything as well. Those piled up letters, emails, bills, messy rooms are going to bring us alot of negativity and stress, why don't we deal with them when we are free and allow genuine and long lasting happiness to come into our lives?
