Malvika Singh's memoir, Saris of Memory, weaves episodes from her own extraordinary life with that of the cultural and historical significance of nine yards of fabric paying tribute to our heritage, craftsmanship, and history of India and its rich traditions. Pragya Tiwari is a writer and journalist. She has led publications such as Vice and Tehelka, founded publications such as The Indian History Collective and The Big Indian Picture, and written on policy, politics and culture across national and international publications. She currently runs Oijo, a culture and communications consultancy, co-hosts The India Briefing podcast and is working on a book on nationalism and modernity.
