This video isn't just about how to lift a barbell. It also discusses how weight is naturally transferred throughout the body, and the principles of the body itself. Even a slight misalignment of the center of gravity can cause strain on the lower back, weaken the legs, and force the weight to be pulled with only the arms. For those who have been exercising for a long time but still have persistent lower back pain, or a persistent back collapse, or are struggling to lift the barbell despite exerting enough strength, I hope this video can serve as a starting point.
