The main roads leading out of Bogotá are experiencing heavy congestion due to the start of the long weekend for the Feast of Our Lady of Chiquinquirá. Authorities have deployed nearly 300 officers to oversee the Exodus Plan and estimate that around one million vehicles will leave the capital.
