A new case of insecurity against drivers of digital platforms was reported in the Ciudad Bolívar district. Two men, ages 19 and 20, were arrested after allegedly posing as passengers to board a ride-hailing vehicle and, using a traumatic weapon, robbed the driver of his belongings and the vehicle.
