The Last Piece! Finishing the Tailgate on Our 1947 Ford COE
We finally tackled the last unfinished piece on the truck—the tailgate. In this episode, we finish the paint work, blend everything into the existing patina, and add a distressed Ford and V8 logo to the back of the tailgate to give it the look it always should have had. It's one of those small details that completely changes the finished appearance of the truck. With the tailgate finally matching the rest of the build, Rosie is looking more complete than ever. Thanks for following along on this crazy journey. Every weekend gets us one step closer. 👉 Merch & Apparel: https://kalikustomz.com 👍 Like the video 💬 Leave a comment and tell us what you think of the distressed logo 🔔 Subscribe for more classic truck builds, fabrication, patina work, and weekend garage projects Go out and build something cool, one weekend at a time. #1947FordCOE #PatinaTruck #RatRod #VintageTruck #ShopTruck #ClassicTruck #KaliKustomz #FordCOE #PatinaPaint #TruckRestoration
