The Dumbest Thing We’ve Done in our Toyotas

We pushed our daily drivers way past their limits… and it got wild. In this episode, I take my Toyota Hilux LN106 and Joe brings his bobbed 1st gen 4Runner deep into the backcountry of Vancouver Island. What started as a casual wheeling trip quickly turned into one of the sketchiest adventures we’ve had yet — steep climbs, technical lines, and a full send up a waterfall that probably shouldn’t have been attempted. But that wasn’t even the craziest part… After making it through some gnarly terrain, we stumbled across something unexpected — a collapsed mine tunnel hidden deep in the mountains. Completely abandoned, partially caved in, and honestly pretty eerie. This trip had everything: • Extreme off-roading • Waterfall climbs • Tight technical trails • Old abandoned history • And a couple “this might be a bad idea” moments If you’re into Toyota Hilux builds, classic 4Runners, off-road adventures, and exploring forgotten places, this one’s for you. 👉 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe if you want to see more trips like this! ⸻ 📍 Filmed on Vancouver Island, BC These backcountry trails are no joke — always wheel prepared. ⸻ 🎥 Watch more off-road adventures here:    • Toyota Hilux!   ⸻ 💬 Comment below: Would YOU drive your daily up a waterfall? 🎵 Copyrighted music licensed from Lickd. https://lickd.co Kickstart My Heart by Mötley Crüe, https://t.lickd.co/l/B7oNPKKkejX
