Chef Guilherme Carillo's bread comes packed with sausage, cheese, and olives to win over your taste buds. 🧀🥖 #GazetaMulheres #ReceitaTvGazeta Ingredients for the dough: 350g wheat flour 200ml water 8g fresh yeast (or 3g dry yeast) 10g salt Ingredients for the filling: 300g Calabrese sausage 150g creamy cheese spread 1/2 teaspoon Calabrian chili pepper 50g black olives Preparation: Dough: Mix the flour with the salt, and in a glass, mix the yeast with the water. Then combine everything and knead until smooth. Cover with a dish towel and let the dough rest for 40 minutes. Once the dough has risen, shape it into a ball, flatten it with your hands, and fold it over itself twice. Add the filling ingredients: the calabrese sausage, the pepper, the cream cheese, and the olives. Roll it up like a roulade, stretch the dough, and then join the ends to form a ring shape. Let it rest with the seam facing up for 20 minutes. Place it on a greased baking sheet, now with the seam facing up, make a few diagonal cuts, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 40 minutes. Tip: Place a pan of water on the bottom rack to create a steamy atmosphere.
