HB9UF: DDS Output Spectrum
This video is only remotely related to my spectrum analyzer project. I am checking the output spectrum of a DDS that I built for a ham radio repeater. In the process, I explain the concept of CTCSS/PL tones and discuss the requirements for a filter at the DDS output. At the end of the video, I address the question on whether a simple, filtered square wave would be equally suitable for the job.
