Olvera is one of the greatest jewels of the so-called "Route of the White Villages", in addition to being one of the most beautiful villages in Andalusia. It is located in the Serranía de Cádiz. Olvera lives mainly from the olive tree, from which the Sierra de Cádiz denomination of origin has been created.
