On July 16th and 17th, 2026, in the Intensive Workshop that concludes the cycle ("Being in a Learning Community"), you won't be listening to a lecture: you'll be working with your group on the Reflection Folder. In this video, I'll guide you, step by step, through EVERYTHING you'll do in each of the 4 Spaces, and the materials you should bring so you don't get stuck. What you'll see: • The 4 "doings" that are helpful to bring to the workshop. • Space 1: cutting out icons and associating 12 statements with the 4 capacities. • Space 2: the induction matrix and the case of the "Benito Juárez" Elementary School (the shift from "what's happening to the student?" to "what's happening in my teaching?"). • Space 3: the Archimedean spiral and the exercise "what can I offer?"
