STOP à la douleur de REFLUX gastrique (Remontée acide) en 3 exercices

In this video, I'm not going to talk about nutrition... I don't have the competence yet. On the other hand, I will propose 3 exercises (simple to perform) that have an action on gastric reflux aka gastroesophageal reflux disease aka GERD. The goal is to reduce or even stop this burning pain by means of a muscular action. As you certainly know, gastric reflux is related to a dysfunction of the valve that allows the opening/closing of the stomach entrance. This valve is located at the border between the esophagus and the stomach. It is also located near the Diaphragmatic orifice where the Esophagus passes. When the "flap" does not close properly, an acid reflux can occur in the esophagus. The action on the Diaphragm muscle can have an action on this famous "valve". In this video, I propose 2 stretches of the Diaphragm and a Visceral massage to do at home. For your information, I have made exercises on my youtube channel to relieve the Stomach which are complementary: Part 1 :    • Exercices ESTOMAC : gonflé, ballonnement, ...   Part 2 :    • Exercices ESTOMAC : gonflé, ballonnement, ...   Part 3 :    • Soulager l'ESTOMAC (Partie 3) par activati...   Of course, I invite you to consult your doctor or physical therapist before engaging in this type of exercise. Feel free to post your comments 🙃 I'd love to hear your feedback on these exercises!
