[Ingredients] (Serves 1-2) 2 cod (any white fish will do) 1 scallion Salt Pepper Flour 20g butter 2 tablespoons ponzu sauce 1 tablespoon mirin [Recipe] 1. Sprinkle about 1% salt and pepper over the cod, wipe off any excess moisture, and sprinkle with flour. 2. Thinly slice the scallions. 3. Grill the fish on both sides and remove from the pan. 4. Melt the butter, add the scallions, and sauté until slightly softened. Then add the ponzu sauce and mirin and simmer until thickened.
