MASAK SAYUR ASEM-ROLADE DAGING-TEMPE GORENG-IKAN TERI DAN SAMBAL TERASI
KETO BEEF ROLADE RECIPE INGREDIENTS: -750 grams ground beef -3 eggs -1 onion, finely chopped -1 stalk spring onion, finely chopped -1 carrot, finely chopped -1 cup almond meal ROLADE SKIN INGREDIENTS: -4-5 beaten eggs -4-5 tablespoons water *Aluminum foil for rolling GROUND SEASONINGS: -8 cloves garlic, finely chopped -1 1/2 teaspoons ground pepper -1 teaspoon ground nutmeg -1 1/2 teaspoons salt or to taste -2 teaspoons stock powder -2 teaspoons healthy sugar -1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder (optional) HOW TO COOK KETO BEEF ROLADE -Mix all ingredients and ground spices, mix well while kneading or pressing with a masher. Once thoroughly mixed, set aside. -Heat a non-stick pan and spray it with a little oil. -Then, make an omelette while rotating the pan to thin it out. Cook until golden brown. -Place aluminum foil on a board, then place a sheet of eggshell on top and fill the roulade, spreading it out evenly. -Roll the roulade, then wrap it in foil and secure the edges. -Steam the roulade for approximately 45 minutes. -Cut the roulade into pieces and add your own sauce (you can fry the roulade first if you prefer). -Beat 1 egg. -Heat oil in a pan. -Brush the roulade with the egg and fry until golden brown. SAVING SAUCE RECIPE INGREDIENTS: -2 chayote, peeled and diced. -Sufficient purple eggplant, diced. -Sufficient green beans/long beans. -Sufficient sweet corn. -Sufficient peanuts, boiled and peeled. -Sufficient carrots, peeled and sliced. -Sufficient cabbage -Sufficient water for the broth Note: If you have melinjo or melinjo leaves, you can add them. GROUND SPICES: -Red chilies to taste -8 cloves of shallots -10 cloves of garlic -7 candlenuts OTHER SPICES: -2 pieces of galangal, crushed -3 bay leaves -2 tsp salt or to taste -2 tsp mushroom/chicken stock powder -1 1/2 tsp healthy/granulated sugar -3 tbsp tamarind HOW TO COOK SAYUR ASEM: -Boil water until boiling -Add ground spices and other seasonings -Add peanuts, chayote, and sweetcorn. Boil until cooked -Add carrots and green beans. Cook until done. -Add eggplant and cabbage. -Don't forget to adjust the seasoning. -Spicy vegetables can be sprinkled with fried shallots. -Serve with rice, salted fish, and shrimp paste chili sauce.
