Today, I would like to introduce five yoga poses that I have naturally come to practice every day over the years. These are the movements I have always returned to during my more than 10 years of practice whenever my body felt tired or heavy, or whenever I wanted to regain a sense of comfort. They are not overly difficult or special poses; instead, they consist of basic movements that gently awaken the body and release tension throughout the entire body. It may be just a short 10 minutes, but the more consistently you repeat them, the more you will experience your body becoming noticeably more relaxed.
