Rediscovering inner healing, embracing transformation and experiencing the powers of Nature in a Naturopathy centre in Gujarat. This vlog is from my visit to Nimba Nature Cure where i tried Ayurveda and Naturopathy therapies and indulged in healthy food. Rejuvenating therapies like hydrotherapy, mud therapy, bamboo massage, Dhara, etc use the elements of nature to improve circulation and immunity.
