How Is This Sauna Only $3,850? — The Rocky Mountain Sauna Review

After a few weeks of testing the Rocky Mountain Sauna, I finally wanted to sit down and give my full thoughts on it. Honestly, I didn’t expect this thing to perform the way it does. Most infrared saunas in this price range either look good and perform poorly, or perform decent but completely miss on aesthetics and build quality. This one surprised me. In this video I go over the real-world heat performance, heater layout, assembly process, sweat sessions, build quality, and overall experience after using it multiple times off camera. The biggest surprise for me was how aggressive the heat output actually feels while still running on a standard outlet. This thing heats up fast, pushes serious temperatures for an infrared sauna, and honestly reminds me a lot of the Heavenly Heat Eco Mini in terms of performance — except you get more interior space, a much more modern design, and some features that are usually found on saunas that cost thousands more. I also talk about the things I didn’t like, including a few small concerns during assembly and one minor build quality issue I noticed after testing. But overall, if you’ve been looking for a premium-looking infrared sauna under $4,000 that still delivers strong sweat sessions and real performance, this might end up being one of the most interesting sauna releases of the year.
