3بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم المحرك اللي معنا النهارده اسمه السوقي كمنز k19 وهو من افضل المحرات اللي كمنز عملتها علي الاطلاق في فيئة المحركات الheavy duty المحرك بينزل بقدرات من اول 450 الي 700 حصان سعه المحرك 19 liters يعني 19000 cc المحرك 6 سلندر عدل....... بترتيب حريق 1-5-3-6-2-4 نوع التبريد : فبيكون بالمياه وزنه بيكون حوالي Wet 1800 kg المحرك مصمم بنسبة انضغاط بتتراوح بين 13.8:1 to 15.5:1 اتجاه دوران المحرك من ناحية الطامبورة او وش التقسيمة بيكون مع اتجاه دوران عقارب الساعة بالنسبة لاستهلاك الوقود فبيتراوح بين 90 الي 120 لتر في الساعة عند احمال 100 % وبالنسبة لكرتيرة الزيت فبياخد تقريبا 50 لتر ..فانت تعمل حسابك علي 3 جراكن 20 لتر كل غيار علشان الفلاتر والتزويد وبالمناسبة كمنز بتنصح باستخدام زيوت شل 15 w 40 في معظم محركاتها اما بقي بالنسبة للسائل التبريد فهتحتاج 26 لتر علشان تملي المكنة بس ولو المكنة فيها افتركولر هتحتاج 30 لتر وهتحتاج تقريبا 100 لتر علشان تملي المكنة والردياتير المكنة اللي بتنزل من غير تربو وبيكون اسمها K19 واللي بتربو بيكون اسمها KT19 واللي بتربو وافتر كولر ......اسمها KTA19 وفيه ب2 تربو وافتر كولر واسمها KTTA19 نظام حقن الوقود المستخدم هو PT FUEL SYSTEM وباختصار شديد ده بيعتمد علي ضغط الوقود اثناء دخوله للرشاش والوقت اللي بيتم فيه الحقن ونظام الوقود ده خاص بكمنز وبتستخدمه في كتير من محركتها . اما بالنسبة ل DATA PLAT والي عليها بيانات المحرك فبتكون فوق مبرد الزيت . ولو مش موجوده فرقم المحرك بيكون محفور علي البلوك ناحية طلمبة الزيت. الفيدو الجاي هيكون عن النسخة الحديثة من K19 والفرق بينهم In the name of of Allah the Merciful The goal of this video is that we get to know most of the place or the most famous diesel engines in the Egyptian market So whether you work in the field or you are available on the site and want to know more information about the place you have Or if you want to change a machine in the place of a machine and want to know what is available from the other brands Watch with me the videos.
