Ingredients: 600g chicken heart. 2 tablespoons aji panca (red chili pepper). 3 cloves of chopped garlic. 2 tablespoons vinegar. 1 tablespoon salt. 2 teaspoons cumin. 1 teaspoon pepper. 1 teaspoon seasoning. 1 tablespoon oregano. #CHICKENHEARTANTICUCHOS PREPARATION: Wash the hearts, trim off any excess fat, and cut them into small pieces without separating them in half. Add all the seasonings; you can adjust the seasoning to suit your taste. Once they're seasoned, place them on anticucho sticks. Fry them in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. I served them with a Russian salad and some cocktail chips. They were wonderful!!!
