Chopped cabbage (1 bowl). 3. Chopped onion (1 medium size). 4. Sliced carrot (1 cup). 5. Chopped beans (1 cup). 6. Chopped green chilli (4 no). 7. Chopped coriander leaves (1tbsp). 8. Red chilli powder (½ tsp). 9. Turmeric powder (1 tsp). 10. Black cumin seeds (½ tsp). 11. Rice flour (½ cup). 12. Gram flour (1 cup). 13. Salt (as per your taste). 14. Refined oil. Making of Mixed Vegetable Pakora: 1. First take a bowl and add potato, cabbage, onion, carrot, beans. 2. Add chopped green chilli, and coriander leaves. 3. Add ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, and ½ tsp black cumin seeds. 4. Add ½ cup rice flour, and 1 cup gram flour. 5. Add salt to taste. 6. Mix all the ingredients very well. 7. Add little amount of water and mix it well. 8. Now heat the oil in pan. 9. Fry the pakora in small ball size. 10. Serve hot mix veggie pakoda with chutney or sauces.
