VOID AGREEMENTS | AGREEMENT IN RESTRAINT OF LEGAL PROCEEDINGS | SECTION - 28(A) Contract Act 1872

Hey Everyone! In this video the concept of Void Agreements is discussed with reference to section-28(A)(Agreement in restraint of legal proceedings) of the Indian Contract Act 1872. An agreement is void if it's an agreement in restraint of legal proceedings. Exception 1 Savings of contract to refer to arbitration dispute that may arise. Exception 2 Saving of contract to refer questions that have already arisen. Both these exceptions have been discussed.
