Hey Everyone! In this video the concept of Void Agreements is discussed with reference to section-28(B)(Agreement in restraint of legal proceedings) of the Indian Contract Act 1872. An agreement is void if it's an agreement in restraint of legal proceedings. 》Exception 1 Savings of contract to refer to arbitration dispute that may arise. 》Exception 2 Saving of contract to refer questions that have already arisen.
