INGREDIENTS: 135 g chopped toasted hazelnuts 135 g hazelnut spread 135 g milk chocolate whole toasted hazelnuts 1170 g dark chocolate 8 g seed oil HELPFUL TIPS: For a drier, easier-to-work dough, add 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder, but it's not essential; just work the dough while it's still very cold. Before covering them with dark chocolate, refrigerate them for half an hour; this will help the coating set faster. Let the coating dry thoroughly and then place them in a container in the refrigerator. If you like, you can also temper the chocolate using your favorite method. The wrappers I used measure 8 x 8 cm and the balls weigh 15 g, but they were barely sealable, so if you find this type of wrapper, I recommend making 12 g balls and stuffing the hazelnut more than halfway.
