If you enjoyed the video, please leave a like and a comment! ★Today's recipe is here↓ --- [Really Delicious Mushroom Hot Pot] 400g of your favorite mushrooms (I used shimeji, maitake, and king oyster mushrooms) 250g minced pork 2 teaspoons potato starch (for coating) 1 tablespoon sake (for coating) 30g vermicelli 5g garlic 5g ginger 1 tablespoon sesame oil 650cc water 2 tablespoons sake 2 1/2 teaspoons chicken stock 4 teaspoons oyster sauce 4 teaspoons soy sauce Chili oil (as needed) Green onion (as needed) Stir-fry 400g of your favorite mushrooms in 1 tablespoon sesame oil, add 650cc water, 2 tablespoons sake, 2 1/2 teaspoons chicken stock, and 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. Boil 4 teaspoons of tartar sauce and 4 teaspoons of soy sauce.
