When a Loser Accidentally Becomes a Supervillain

So I finally checked out Wanted, and this is nothing like the movie. The story follows Wesley Gibson, a guy who absolutely hates his life. He's stuck in a dead-end job, gets walked all over by everyone around him, and feels like he'll never amount to anything. Then one day, everything changes. Wesley discovers that his father wasn't just a criminal, he was one of the most powerful supervillains in the world. And after the villains wiped every superhero off the face of the Earth, they've been running the world from the shadows ever since. What starts as an ordinary guy finding out who he really is quickly turns into one of the wildest and most over-the-top comic stories I've read. It's violent, unpredictable, and constantly throws twists at you that you won't see coming. Written by Mark Millar with art by J.G. Jones, Wanted is a completely different experience from the film. It takes the idea of superheroes and flips it on its head, asking one simple question: what if the bad guys actually won? If you're into supervillain stories, dark superhero comics, Mark Millar books, or comics that completely subvert the genre, Wanted is definitely worth checking out. Let me know what you think, and tell me what comic I should cover next.
