Rainy Kyoto to Nara 🇯🇵 | Fushimi Inari, Deer & Local Bar Hopping

A rainy day in Kyoto turned into one of the most memorable days of our Japan trip. We started the day at Fushimi Inari, walking through the famous red torii gates while the rain came down. The weather made everything feel quieter, moodier and honestly a bit more cinematic. After that, we took the trip to Nara Park, where we met and fed the famous deer. Even in the rain, Nara had such a calm and special atmosphere. Later in the day, we visited SicX Gin Distillery before ending the evening with a local guide who took us bar hopping around Kyoto. It was a great way to experience a different side of the city — less touristy, more local, and a lot of fun. Rainy Kyoto, Fushimi Inari, Nara deer, Japanese gin and local bar hopping.
