Exploring Farasan Island Pushes Me to My Riding Limits | Saudi Arabia (S2/Ep72)

After hearing so many great things about Farasan Island, it was finally time to see it for myself. But getting there wasn't nearly as straightforward as I expected. The ferry required hours of check-in, multiple security checks, and even vehicle inspections before I was finally allowed to board. By the time I arrived, the sun was already setting, so I grabbed some food, found a quiet beach, and spent the night camping by the sea. The next morning I explored the island's off-road tracks, met up with fellow travelers I had first met on the ferry, enjoyed tea by the beach, and attempted one of the roughest trails I've seen so far. After carefully assessing the terrain, I decided to turn around rather than risk getting trapped alone on the island. Back in town, the day still wasn't over. Finding the hotel room I'd already booked turned into an unexpectedly long discussion before I could finally get some rest.
