Take a little ground urad dal at night, that is not the whole urad dal, but the one that is used for eating at home, take about 20 to 25 half grains of urad dal and soak them in water, and in the morning after doing your exercise etc., that is after finishing it, then take out that soaked urad dal, peel it lightly and separate it, and grind it very finely on a grinding stone, keep this in mind, the finer you grind it, the more the power of the dal will increase, similarly almonds should be peeled and ground very finely, and then put that finely ground urad dal on your stove, that is in today's times, fry the dal by adding a spoon of desi ghee in a frypan, when the dal gets a little pinkish after frying in ghee, then add a little or a quarter litre of milk of any kind, i.e. raw or cooked, in it, stir with a spoon and cook it a little, cool it a little and eat it. Then you will see that this urad kheer will give the effect of nectar to the poor wrestler and it is very powerful, it is a wonderful and beneficial diet more than all other food items in increasing the semen of the wrestler. But do not prepare it in large quantities because it requires a lot of hard work to digest it, i.e. a lot of exercise.
