上林川 と 里山の美食を追求しすぎたシェフの末路 │ The fate of a chef who strives for the wild rural gastronomy

He is also the second generation owner of the Chinese restaurant "Taihou" in Kyoto City. And so, while he runs a small restaurant called "Inaka-no-Taihou" beside a rice field in the mountains north of Kyoto, which allows him to survive in society, he also hunts and gathers food with his friends and farms to survive in the wild.
