EP55 Composición y vivencia en la arquitectura de Rogelio Salmona

In this episode of Architecture for Aliens, we speak with architect and professor Juan Pablo Aschner, author of the book Composition and Experience in the Architecture of Rogelio Salmona, and architect Michael Forero. Drawing on the ideas that run through the book, we reflect on the way Salmona composes spaces that are not only built, but also lived. We discuss elements as design principles, the craft behind each material decision, and the persistent presence of brick as a body laden with memory. This conversation opens up new ways of reading Rogelio Salmona's architecture: from what it contains, what it connects, and what still burns.
