Hello^^ She's viewers~ This is the Good Family Jeju Rishine🤗 For today's video, boiled cockles and zucchini were on sale at the supermarket, so I grabbed them right away and made seasoned cockles and zucchini and dried shrimp pancakes. I usually don't cook cockles because it's a lot of work; you have to wash them thoroughly, boil them, and then debone them. But these days, they sell them already boiled and deboned! Wow~ Was I the only one who didn't know that? Haha. I cooked and ate cockles very conveniently. Also, it rained that day, and I regretted not buying some makgeolli (Korean rice wine)~ The menu that day was perfect for makgeolli snacks, so I regretted it haha. I wanted to mix the seasoned cockles into rice to make bibimbap, and I wanted to fry the pancakes until crispy, but I failed a bit that day. Next time, I plan to buy breadcrumbs and try making them again~ But the taste was absolutely fantastic!
