In this video: In this video I thought I'd make a nice DIY showing you how to strip down in full, and rebuild a set of Shimano Deore DX shifters. It didn't go to plan. I'm still not entirely sure if the first shifter is original or why it doesn't want to shift "up" properly so it will stay in the parts bin for now.
