Who Am I? Self-Knowledge and Personal Identity In this activity, students are invited to begin an important journey of self-discovery, reflecting on their characteristics, preferences, skills, and values ​​that help build their personal identity. The goal is to encourage each student to recognize who they are, valuing their qualities, understanding their challenges, and realizing that each person has a unique history, experiences, and characteristics. During the activities, students will explore aspects such as their personal tastes, interests, talents, dreams, and areas they wish to develop, strengthening the construction of self-image, self-confidence, and self-esteem. The proposal also encourages respect for differences, the appreciation of diversity, and the development of socio-emotional skills essential for coexistence and life in society. Through the Identity Badge activity, students will have the opportunity to express elements that represent them, such as an adjective, a symbolic object, and a personal phrase, favoring individual expression and the sharing of experiences with classmates. The "Self-Portrait in Words" activity allows for a deeper reflection on what they like, what they want to improve, and the skills they recognize in themselves. The proposal is aligned with the general competencies of the BNCC (Brazilian National Curriculum Base), especially General Competency 1 (Knowledge) and General Competency 8 (Self-Knowledge and Self-Care), contributing to the development of self-perception, identity, empathy, communication, and the strengthening of interpersonal relationships in the school environment.
